Growing up in an analog world we spent days recording ourselves on tape and playing deejay with home stereo systems. Raised on t.v. fast-forwarding to the days of burning DVDs & c.ds. I have lived a life of a rapidly turned technology-driven society where images and products are constantly being blasted at our faces, while some of our favorite moments are forever burned into those memories via music and film. A mixtape perfectly curated for a lover to a film watched on repeat which interests shaped our future. A move leads to items lost or split in relationships creates a divide of who gets what, then photos, vids, and “our song” is handed over, taken away, or sometimes tossed away.

Found footage of the archives will never be forever trash. Not to the futurists.
